Change guard-railsSafe changes — adding fields, picklist values, help text — apply instantly to the CRM, portal forms and reports. Renames and required-flags warn about side-effects first. Type changes, deletions and anything an automation references route to Thaum as a change request (covered by retainer days). Deactivate, never delete.

Two roles keep permissions simpleAdministrators manage setup, users and company settings; Standard users work records. Record visibility follows the rules agreed at build. Client portal users are managed on each Account — not here — and platform costs don't meter per seat.
